That's some interesting texture on the chamber...
The tool was chattering.....But it's the surface I was looking for....Borrowed from the snowmobile aftermarket.....I had a head like this on My 975 sled and it worked awesome....We will see if it works on this

I had to pull the pumps off of an Exmark Turf Tracer yesterday for a reseal (they were leaking badly). There is SUPPOSED to be a chain that you pull to release the belt tension, of course it was missing. This was my solution:

Looks Factree.

Sold the 031 today, ordered a new air filter for it and need to put a bar and chain on it and get it running when I get home. Air filter will be here by the end of next week.

My shop air compressor blew a few weeks ago, lucky I was in there when she grenaded .......... ordered something similar to replace it with and I got an email yesterday that it is “delayed”

So

I got a few things on my bench, but without shop air, I’m just not getting anything done

Buddy's generator and snowblower got picked up and I got paid and made good money doing the repairs. He has a couple of walk behind blowers for me next!!

Fired up the 031 for the guy who bought it and since he paid full asking price I tossed in a bar and chain. Fired up pretty quickly, had to tweak the carb a bit and now I'm just waiting for the air filter so I can make a couple of cuts and get the carb dialed.

Brought the BR340 back to my coworker today and got paid for it as well.
