As a retired auditor, I always get a kick out of things that just aren't right, and the lack of reviews being done.

For example, Fed Ex sent me an e-mail today (4/5/22) stating they will be delivering my Cabelas order to me between 11:30 and 4:10 on 4/4/22!!!

Boy, talk about fast!

And yesterday I got my Bailey's Master Catalog for 2022. It has lots of specs for Husky and Makita saws. I was particularly impressed with the MKA EA7900PRZ1.

It is 79cc, only 18.3 lbs but produces 45.7 Hp!!! I'll bet no one will need to get that thing ported!

You’d be impressed with a 7900 whether you read the specs or not

Is this oil still considered a good one? I believe that it was discontinued in the US or North America all together a while ago.
In Europe it's still available. I bought a few bottles last year. I mix it with Aspen fuel (the non 2 stroke mix). For my hobby usage it's a goodView attachment 332656 option.
Yep good oil

I almost bought one Kevin, but it did not "feel good" in my hands. I realize that is subjective, and everyone is different, but I doubt it would do much for me that my ported 460 or Hybrids do not do.

I think if the published powerhead weight is correct, that was the reason.

That said, I am not inferring they are not good saws, and I believe the price point is good on them. Folks that have them generally really seem to like them.

All about what you’re used to. I often cut out in my test videos because it’s hard to cut straight when I swap between different makes. Lol. They all handle differently

Would I be able to tune a 7900? Prolly not.
Awe c'mon! It would be worth a try. Fwiw, I'm not good enough to do it by myself as I don't have one of those tach holders. I have to have my son hold the tach while I tune the carb during a cut.

An excellent oil.
