HP2
Pro Honda HP2 is simply the finest two-stroke oil money can buy. Premium synthetic base stocks with high film strength give maximum wear protection while allowing a crisp 32:1 mixture ratio. The extremely clean-burning formula minimizes carbon deposits, extends spark-plug life and reduces maintenance on Honda Power Port and ATAC systems. Special additives minimize friction for cooler running, maximum horsepower and quicker throttle response.

If you have a Honda chainsaw it will be fine .

Lol. Too funny.
I am sure that the oil is excellent!
Just read like I was reading it from a website or something. Not from a junkman. Lol

The Castrol 2T i have isn't necessarily better and i never said it was. Its just 1/4 of the price and it works and i'm not worried about anything melting down. YMMV. "Better" is a personal opinion. Who really gets to decide whats "best"?

It has 1 job...lubricate

Have you ever pulled the jugs on your saws to check out the innerds? I am curious and would love to see the insides after using this mineral oil.

I hear you. But you know what they say, "The proof is in the pudding."
If you pulled a saw that has been running the stuff and it looks really good inside, you may sell a few of the members here on the mineral oil. Make believers out of us. Lol
Experiment and investigate. For the good of the order.

We'd have to see that for our own eyes. Lol
Can't speculate.
Pics are on here or AS. It's my jred 625 my dad bought new in 1988 and gave it to me. 3 years ago I tore it down. Bearings were still good, original rings were worn out. It got upgraded to a 670 and I replaced both crank bearings

I thought we were referring to mineral oil, Castrol? You run the Castrol or the Jred oil in it?
