It doesn't burn good in my top handles. They don't really get hot enough long enough to burn it completely(same problem i had with 800). Its way too messy. I make a cut for 30 seconds and then shut it off for a minutes or 2 and so on.

Plus my saws stay in the side box on the truck all year and I don't want any separation issues.
I've heard it will separate but I've never seen it.

Did you try 50:1? My saws won't burn it at 40:1

Remember, don't confuse yourself again. The quantity of oil in the lowerend of a saw doesn't represent the quality of the oil.
Again Im trying to figure out when u took the topend off your saw to see the piston? If u say through the plughole we r pissing in the wind

I think that's exactly how you judge the quality of a oil.

What do you use oil for? I use it to lube the piston and crank bearings.
Oil is mixed with gas to lube so the one that lubes the best is the one I use.

I also would love to see the piston in the mean 660.

I talk about how good klotz is and I prove it by showing anybody that wants to see.
So do you keith.

I don't constantly bash 800 cause I've never used it,unlike the constant klotz bashing from Ron who has no proof of anything.

Jason theres a reason i gave what 800 i had left away. Mike and i both have posted pics of pistons covered with carbon using 800. Ronnie is one of the smartest people I know but he cant understand what we r saying from the mechanical side of this thing and knowing what oils actually do in real use. I take apart alot of equipment and Ive seen carbon on the piston of all them

I'm sure motul is fine oil,it's on the shelf right beside the klotz I buy but I've never got any because mike Lee told me it won't burn in a saw and I believe him.

At 32:1 or even 40:1 klotz won't burn either that's why I run 50:1

I don't really want to find out if it does separate the hard way.

Yes I tried Benol and 927 a few years ago when I had some left from my bike' i don't remember if it was 50:1 or 40:1 but most likely 40:1 like i always mix.

Plus those oil get expensive for me to use.

I'm happy with Amsoil Saber

I would also use Dominator but have heard of rusty cranks because of no rust inhibitors . I never saw it and It was in dirt bikes that probably sucked some water and not OPE but I don't want to find out.

Motul is great oil if its used in the right application. I've used it in my bike with very little spooge, but you gotta stay on the pipe its not for trail riding.

Well guys.... it is not impressive looking on my phone but here ya go.

A few more tanks and this crown will be black, saw runs really strong, this is at 50:1. Bottom end could need more time I think to accumulate more oil.uploadfromtaptalk1460320250876.jpguploadfromtaptalk1460320321736.jpguploadfromtaptalk1460320343837.jpg

800 is good oil . It will combust but not as readily as other oils . Im like Jason and more concerned with the bottom lube than carbon on the top of the piston.

Thanks was concerned for a bit.
Looked a bit dry on my phone screen
The 3 ounce to a gallon will make a.slightly wetter bottom end.

Also noted that she is not as smokey upon startup.
