It wasnt crud it was black hard carbon and there is a difference, and was ran on 927 and was alil thicker than I was comfortable with. Never said too much carbon was a good thing but its a normal part of the combustion process and gonna occur if u mix, tune, and load the saw correctly. Id be willing to bet there is carbon on top of your 660 piston that u havent seen. Randy , Brad, Mdavlee, Jason, etc. have all stated its normal and gonna occur on top of the piston. Its normal and u wont change my mind on it and thats not my opinion and no scietific data or marketing will change my opinion. Grease monkey knowledge and visual inspections do have their place as well as the scietific data u keep referring to but u r only considering 1 side and the rest of our opinions r null?
