Done on a Wood Mizer bandmill so not a lot of sawdust, but the wood does smell good.

For some reason the paint came of the hardened rails. It was like that when I got it. Needs a Sugi right?

Stihl bar rails are flame hardened best I can tell. If you chip paint off they're already blue on some bars.
