Then we move to the clutch side. Brand new oil pump drive and near new clutch

A smear of oil on the bearing surface and the oil pump drive in place

And I've struck this before, there's no room for the large washer behind this style of clutch. With the washer:

Next I put a length of starter rope in as a piston stop

And torque the clutch down to 70nm and the flywheel to 40nm

New clutch bearing and brand new clutch drum

Drum in place and new bar plate

Next we put the coil in place with a card between it and the flywheel magnets

And all torqued down in place

And then the rebuilt side cover.

Now this is getting exciting! New Japanese NGK

And the top handle, and covers in place

Reflector foil in place

And we start mocking up ready for the muffler mods

I'm going to go as big as I can on the flywheel side instead with a Red97 medium deflector. First I need to get this pesky cage out of the way:

M5 Rivnuts in place
