Might not scuff. Might.....Not.....Scuff....
I'm sorry sir, I was intentionally trying to provoke a reaction. I really shouldn't. But having said that, this is what the intake side skirt looked like on my MS660 (Cross MMWS cylinder) after a few tanks of Yammascuff at 40:1

Would have looked like that with any oil. Replace the piston and prove me wrong.

Funny you should say that, the saws got a new Meteor in it and has run mainly Dominator since...now this could be interesting

Cool.

I see that on brand new 660s, 661s, 390s, 395s.....

The size of the intake port, and the sideways thrust of the crank angle....

Not only has Scott added a degree or two of epoxy in the floor to decrease duration, he's added what seems to be a reasonably large amount in the roof in order to increase velocity. He told me on the phone that when you compare a 066 intake to an 064 the 064 is considerably smaller. He believes that the increased velocity creates more inertia so you get a better crankcase fill....Very interesting stuff for sure.

I think he's right. If you do the exact same not too crazy work to an 064 and 660, 064 runs better. Scott is one of the best in the biz, good FB posts too.
