Are parts interchangeable between say pro mac 10-10 and a pro mac 700? Like recoils and clutch covers? I heard someone mention the PM 700 being on a 10-10 frame, I was always under the impression that they were totally different saws.

I've got a slide on my micro fiche set that lists the pistons ,rings and other info what might fit what but I have no method of copying it .Generally speaking on US made stuff bearings and seals are SAE sized so that isn't a problem .However things like the Titan series it might be and then comes the PM 1000 which is Partner and the hunt goes on .
You can buy generic sized rings from Northwood .pretty good stuff ,Caber .I've used two sets and never had a problem so far .

Anybody have any info on what this might be? Picking it up this friday. Looks like it was converted to run a generator.
