In reference to that Bridgeport mill .I moved mine with just 1" pipe rollers and a pinch bar.Nice mill there ,digital readouts and all ,top shelf .
Are you a machinist yourself? I'm not but I sure do like to play around on it. It's a nice change of pace from busting knuckles all day.

Self taught ,not a journeyman so to speak but not too shabby .

My father, his father,my great grandfather and his father going back something like 150- 200 years in England .I broke the mold,I'm an electrician .

Fact I have an oak tool chest from my great grandfather and some of the tools he brought from England which also has my fathers union card as journeyman tool maker from 1946 .I'm the fourth one to have that chest which will go to my son some day .Perhaps in time to his son .

We are out of Chattanooga TN. I've been in the trade just about 2 years, just started my first year of apprenticeship last August.

Sweet story. My father is a papered machinist but doesn't work as one, I bought the mill to play around with because I really love dabbling in machining.

That is a very pretty saw. I have a 7-10a and it is my favorite. It is in fantastic mechanical condition but it has a lot of paint chips. I have it decked out a little bit with an oe 4 1/8 inch cover spike, mcculloch logo fuel cap, nos sprocket tip bar and a yellow mac bar cover.
