Nice score! I lucked up on a 28" last fall.
Wouldnt mind a 24" sometime, or more 20" ers, or a nice 18".....

yes they are getting harder too find I got some more coming hopefully
So I will keep what I need and sell the rest

Generally speaking there can be variations on the Mac 10 series bars depending on who made them .The narrow tailed with only two holes usually only work on a 10 series Macs .The ones with 4 holes and wider tails often work on Husqvarna or Partner with the right bar plates .It's hard to really say unless you check them for fit .

Chainsaw bars are like stray cats,they just show up .You just hang them on a nail then hunt and peck before you find one that fits .Then you get get to sort out a chain loop that fits .

Yes I’ve always seem to got 84Dl around but the 81 dl are always hard too find
And not many Mac bars take 84drivers always an oddball

I've got just the opposite .The Stihl and Husky bars are 84 drivers .The three Mac bars I have are 81's . When I rebuilt the two Partners I had to use the Husky bars because some how I could not find an 81 driver chain .I know I have several but where did they go ? Could be in another shed ?
I've got several 32" which I doubt I'll use much ,Husky Stihl and several McCulloch .When it takes that much ,again seldom I'll get out the big boys like my avatar saw ,again very seldom . Besides that on a 90 plus cc saw no matter who made it a 24" is childs play .

I finally got off my butt and did some test cuts with the PM850.

That saw really rips!

I weighed dry with the brake and it's 2-1/2 lbs lighter than my 8200.

16.6 lbs with a long brake cover. Not bad for an 82cc all mag AV saw with a brake.

Yes they are. The AV saws are nicer to run as well

Power to weight, it's hard to beat a 7-10 though.

+1 on the 7-10A, though ive never run a PM850 or any of the 82 cc Macs. Someone should send me one. I promise I'll give it back. Eventually...

Your spoiling that town with your hard work!
Growing up we had an older guy in the neighborhood who was a retired boxer and then a substitute teacher, no body messed with him.
Your gonna be "that guy" in town if you keep running that 125!
