I'd say ,totally intact $350 but a good one they try to fetch over a grand .I'm not going to pay it .I've seen them on flea bay for 2 grand .Another thing I've seen people try to peddle them in dressed in 125 clothes claiming to be a 101 with evidently a chainsaw carb and they don't run as good as my stock 125's .That said if it's an ebay deal it would have to be cheap because it could be a pig in a poke .Like I said I'm a tight wad .

Okay let me tell you another story .I bought the two 125's for around $125 a pop .plus shipping .The one I made a cast cylinder for I might have another 50 in plus a lot of time .The Homelite in the avatar I have about 140 in total .2100 Husqvarna,90 and shipping ,50 more for a coil .Stihl 200T from a dealer 20 bucks flat .The souped up Stihl 038 Mag ,50 bucks ,I added the soup .Now why would I pay a lot of money for a chainsaw ?

I like getting a deal too, and have received some great deals over time, that not the point I am trying to convey, if you didn’t have any of your current saws, and were looking right now, you would have to adjust your budget or go without. But deals are relative to the market and the time of purchase, just like cars, a classic cobra corvette or a 70 hemi cuda could have been bought in good condition for 3k or less at some point in its live, today that’s not going to happen, today getting a hemi cuda for 50k would be a steal, if original and in good condition, I am probably never going to be able to afford a hemi cuda, even at a great price relitive to the maker, doesn’t mean that when they sell for a half a million plus that it not real or maker price.

The market price of anything collectible is subject to the economic conditions of the time ,that I agree on .On line stuff could have shills just like a live auction except they are harder to spot .Graigs list you are only dealing with one person . The dead pile at a dealer it just depends on the mood of the dealer at the time .Flea markets are negotiable ,the vendors more times than not don't have much in them .

That 10-10s looks sweet;)

I got that thing when they where all hyped up. I just thought they were heavy for a 57cc mac.

Something did change in the later saws for sure. The long brake cover isn't all of it either.

PM700 Long brake cover 15.5 lb 7.03 Kg (late model black and yellow w/grey crankcase)
7-10A Short brake cover 13.9 lb 6.31 Kg

8200 long brake cover 19.2 lb 8.71 Kg
SP80 Short brake cover 16.1 lb 7.31 Kg

That makes sense, my sp81 non-chainbrake cover feels the same if not a touch lighter pho compared to an ms460, thanks of the info
