I feel like I'm stuck in the middle somewhere.... I really can't stay home and just farm with out getting bigger. I really can't get bigger because most farms around me have grown houses... plus I would have to just about quit my full time job to handle the extra work.... that's a hard sell for the wife. There's times when I feel like I have two full time jobs already.

I work full time off the farm for a living.... because it gives me a paycheck every two weeks, healthcare and a retirement. That makes a happy wife .

So everything that the farm makes gets rolled right back into it. You guys know what it takes to run a operation.

Well now,did anyone else blow the high pressure hydraulic line to the power steering? But they are fed. With salad dressing.

Hoping I can get by with the old split hose wrap and hose clamps until the loader tractor's clutch is done.

A good tax guy can't fix poor planning. The estate tax on this place was outrageous.

With the late frost and minimal rain in on it later than ever. It's usually to wet come November in the bottoms.
