I've never had an issue with a sleeve coming loose like that. Never really noticed the sleeves.

What's your remedy to fix them, Mike?

Bore it, re-sleeve it with lots of press!
I've got another idea that just may work too. First I'm gonna see if my dimple mod holds up. It probably won't, but I'm gonna try it anyway...lol.

I found a case thanks to @Frank bierce that I think I can repair, so whatever happens to this one, I'll have a backup plan.....

Now, anyone have a spare crank laying around?

Thanks Nick, I'll keep that in mind. I just picked up a red light 066 basket case also, I'm thin on funds til after Christmas, I'll keep in touch with you.
