Went to a auction that my neighbor had yesterday. Picked up about 50# of bolts, and a new bull float, I will be needing that for a patio we will be doing this spring/summer.

It started snowing so I said piss on it and went home. I picked up a smashed 660 that a guy dropped a tree on. Then hid in the shop and worked on a 257 that I need to try to sell.
That's a awesome avitar.

Since I have 6" of snow here I decided to sharpen some chains on the FG2.....I really like this thing!!! I like my granberg a good amount but the FG2 is a high quality unit.

It is like all my round chains are blueprinted. All are about equally filled. Just need to learn about progressive rakers now

@jakewells came up, we worked on a few blowers, tuned a couple trimmers. Went an hour away and picked up a junk mower. Then we went and tried out his homie super xl my newly finished 346 with deck cut and popup. And of course the 281 was brought out.

Add a few more gallons of shock before you cover it.

Tore down a parts Husky 345 that I got for $45. Needs a new chain brake/bar cover, ordered it.
Will make it into a 346 with muffler mod and gasket delete if squish works out. Do not know anything about porting.

We never got it clean last year, had a leak in a line and gave up and covered it up. Figured it was cheaper to drain and clean it than try to vacuum and filter the crap out. I found 33 BB's in the main drain.

Changed the oil in my trash pump and drained the rest of my pool. Tinkered with an Echo SRM300AE string trimmer and got it to run and idle., the high side was out 4 turns. Ran 5 miles and ate dinner with my daughter.

View attachment 17644 View attachment 17645 just started on this cause a thought came to mind and it would not go away. The workings of a rocker bench slabs are sitting in pockets. Nothing but chainsaw were in the making of this bench so far

That is cool....

I always said I had no interest in a mill cause I am not into woodworking at all, but that is a project that looks very doable.......

Something like that would look good round a fire pit.

Drove back from CT. Was only home for an hour between returning from South America and leaving for a quick road trip to see our son run in a track meet. I'll confess we've driven a lot to see our kids participate in athletic events but this one over 1000 miles away breaks our record. Their team won the meet and he did well in the two events he ran so we were happy to be there for that. The weather was rainy all day and very windy. Snow after that but back here in GA it's warm and sunny. I've yet to go outside as I've been paying bills and reading mail. I'll head out soon to try and fix my chipper which threw an alternator belt. Gonna be a busy week playing catch up.
