Went to the 9am communion service at my church. Came hoke ate a huge lunch and took a nap. Got up and drained the gas out of all my power equipment and ran them empty. Four and two strokes. My brand new cheap push mower with a cheap B&S engine didn't want to start. IDK why, the gas had been in it for a while but it was non-ethanol.

I spent the day pulling the counter unit and the RF board out of a Kenwood TS-830S radio because the TX mixer is toast. Exciting, ain't it?



I'm not sure the dual-gate FETs used in the mixer stage are even still available... but I have a good RF board out of a "parts radio"...
Pretty much the same thing as fixing old chainsaws, eh?

I took about 200 pictures of my various NIB chain loops.
Why?
Because we all love pictures and I am itching to finally try some of them out.
I might make some out-of-the-box performance videos to post here and accompanying pictures of tooth geometry and chain style seem like a good idea.

A bit late for this threads topic, but last Friday I attended to this:


Food, beer, home made white and red vine, lots of smoke and a freezing buttocks - was still kinda fun.
