At about 3:00 today I finally got caught up with my Tax Work, first time in about 2 months, felt good not to have a "To Do" pile!

And the weather was nice, so I put the new outer spike on my 462, and I repaired a 460 that was dropped off about a month ago. Was told the 460 would start, but would not keep running.

Anyone want to guess what was wrong?

Here is the 462 - Caution - the muffler mod pictured is not approved by the Saw Lords. Also, I posted the weight of the spike and nuts/bolts cause I knew that Ryan would want to know.

Went to an auction. Waited about 4 hours to get what my son wanted. He was after a chain cover for his saw. Oh we had to huy two boxs with crap to get one thing lol. But ther was some good stuff in ther.

So heres what was hiding in the blue bin. All new plugs for small engines. 3 bearings. Walbro carb wj9 c7. Not sure what that fits. Briggs primer for who knows. Tecumseh fuel valve.
Three plugs off to side has one broken and other two that are used.
The bosch plugs will fit smaller stihls up to 026 from what i found on lune so be good for a wgike with my 026 lol.

Chainsawing at my brothers new property, clean up of a fallen willow along the creek.
Didnt get a pic of the completed job, lots of work in it.

So far cut some grass. Lawn mower quit. Lost spark. Had to use my daughters mower. Its purple. Im sure i looked cute using it but it got the job done lol.
Gonna go back out in a bit and have a look to see whats wrong with it.

Spent two days hand digging 8x30 garden that has been untouched for two years.
Some tree roots got the sawzall treatment. Lots grass and stuff to remove/shake out.
