Blue stone is real nice, holds a corner longer than the salmon.

Doesn't hog out as much as the salmon but seems to stay cooler

I haven't tried the blue one yet, I did order it from madsens. Came the other day and wanting to try it.
Do you use multi point dresser or single? Which one you like better

I really don't notice much difference between the single and multi point. But I've only used the single point on the salmon wheel, haven't tried the single on the blue wheel.


I would like to try a white wheel, I've only tried blue and salmon

The white one is a bit harder to line up the corner.

The white doesn't hold its edge well. But it's great for hogging out. But it's also the only one I've tried.

Ok boys I've read about half this thread now and couldn't wait to try out the new grinder. My stone is shot. But I'll order a new one Monday.

And it took me about half a chain to somewhat figure it out. But this is what I'm grinding now. What y'all think. Lol. This was a round chain when I started. Lol.
