What size screen did you use for the spark arrestor? Did you find a good supplier?

And a little sanding and of course quality flat black heat paint and we have the finished project.

I see all of the nice mods everyone makes on the outside, but how deep do those pipes protrude into the muffler? I was thinking that further in would help with noise control

About an inch or so depending on the size of muffler etc..

That is some I bought off eBay. But that is 304 stainless #16 .018. I like it so far.

I don't live in the city either. I also don't need an earsplitting saw for clearing firewood. I don't live by the Harley Davidson mantra.

This one I haven't really run yet. Got a 064 with similar style and gives massive difference over stock.

I begrudgingly had to shut down a fella cutting wood with one of those things on his saw at my gtg, it was deafening everywhere and every direction. Said if he wanted to race it, fine, but to sit and cut with it was not fair to everyone else that was running for cover. I think he understood what I was trying to tell him, if he could hear me that is. Lol

Looks like a great way to snap an exhaust flange off of a perfectly good cylinder to me.

Attach some supports to bolt to the case. OEM does it for a reason.
