@Red97 sells muffler deflectors in a few different sizes that he manufactures himself. They are trim-to-fit and I've used quite a few of them.

Joe is the man for deflectors. He does 3 different sizes and I’m 99% sure he also does stainless. Joe would have to confirm that. @Red97

Where did you get the threaded rivets?

Those particular one I got from Fastenal years ago.
Search "Rivet Nut" there are many places to buy them and they come in all different types.
I bought the Marson M39300 setting tool off Amazon and I really like it.
