394 mill muffler. I might shorten it once I fit it up in the jig. It’s past time I buy a good wire wheel and some high temp paint but I hate driving to town for only a few things.

Wouldnt up and away be better for milling than down in the ground? I have been thinking about how to mod my 394 muffler, I dont really know...

Up would be directly in your face. I’m thinking a pipe that parallels the starter and aims the exhaust out past the end of the tank handle could be really great. Not sure if an expansion chamber is what a mill saw needs, but I like the idea.

ye maybe that would work, i think im going to try something like that, i could put a 3/4" pipe on my muffler instead of the deflector with a 180 degree bend or a bit less.

Block off the pto side exit and direct the exhaust out, up, and away. Here are a few 3120’s that see milling, stumping, and felling / bucking duties
