Tough to follow those videos, but here goes. Scott, I could tell you were really leaning on that 084. Fine job sir, as always!


This 7300 is finally back up and running. Took it in on trade and had to throw a ton of new parts at it. Saw had been abused, neglected, cobbed up, jerry rigged you name it.

Mild port work, gasket delete, HAD to raise the exhaust just a touch (some D=Bag used a screwdriver as a piston stop). Opened the rest up a little while I was in there. Timing advance, and a second port for the muffler. Nothing fancy

There's a little left in it. Had to cut testing short. Oiler wasn't putting out worth a flip. "Manually" oiled the bar for the last cut. Did I mention this thing has been a nightmare???????
The plastic screw thingy or whatever it’s called can wear out in the oiler. Pretty easy fix, I think I posted pictures of an oiler mod (taking apart the pump) in the 79xx/73xx/64xx series thread I made. Could just be clogged too?
