Nice job Al. That thing screams. Very angry saw.
Looked like it had the stock muffler on it. The dual ports really let'em breath.

It's got a triple port now. I'd like @Jchin to try a stock cover as well, right now it's got an AM dual port cover on it. The factory flat cover may actually reflect some wave back and make more power, but it's strong and I'm suprised at the rpm it's happy at. It's the fastest revving 044 I've ever done. It's still truly fat 4 stroking at 15k. I had to actually turn it down to that rpm. Lightly 4 stroking, it was in the 16's and I didn't want it to grenade.

The secret to the power is the @Red97 deflector. It's the best muffler bearing I've found to date.

Large Red97 deflector must have added at 2,000 rpm. Very good muffler bearings

Couple of nice running saws there. They rip!
Seems like the 044 bar and chain setup was throwing more chips, therefore cut faster.
