Very difficult to try and check to a .001 with vernier calipers. I would say that would be pretty good.

I wasn't concerned with the .001" difference. I was concerned about it just having .011" clearance.

Was the piston hitting Randy? Thats mighty close? Whats the minimum squish u like on a 90cc?

It never was ran long enough for that to become apparent.......no carbon buildup yet.

I use .018" - .022" on most all saws.

I used Dawn in my US cleaner so it wouldn't discolor the powder coat. It doesn't clean as well as Mean Green........

i bought a 3 liter the other month wish i would have went to a 10 or 11

Randy I know if off on the base one side to the other will rub into one side or the other but how much difference when off on the base front to back would be allowed before it would cause a problem?
