What caused it in this situation? The guy that built this saw is a *dipstick.


(Note to self...along with belt sander, sand blaster should be acquired, sanding = success.)


All kidding aside, looks like you are doing a wonderful job with this saw. ;)

Looking at all these clean shiny parts going together with proper service tools with a truck load of 'give-a-damn' will result in a true $1500 saw that any of us would proudly own....even the fussy ones. Kinda cool story, surround yourself with the right people and its possible to turn disaster into diamond.

Glad the "unicorn", none other like it in the world cylinder was salvageable...

According to the timing numbers........this jug was nothing special. Just saying.
lol sales pitch like mine was supposed to be the second best cylinder he had seen doubt it was on the saw when i got it back
