The last thing is the muffler. I used the original mufflers. I had a couple of the 034 muffler spacers so I put some studs in the cylinder, hung the spacer on it, got the muffler where I wanted it and tack welded it to the spacer, then finished up the welding off the saw. Once I got the welding done, I just had to drill new holes for the bolts and cut the exhaust opening. that took care of the back half of the muffler. For the front half, I welded the original bolts to the back half so that I could bolt them together.

With the drastic differences between the poulan and husqvarna mufflers, I ended up using a 346xp muffler. 20221225_180612.jpg
My top cover fit without modifications, its tight but fits. The decomp button kinda gives it away.

I used the original intake boot and carburetor . My only parts on hand started with just the unknown origin cylinder.

Apparently muffler bolts take longer to travel anywhere from Amazon, so Ron kindy sent 2 my way.
I put a side port on the muffler because the top outlet is covered by the cylinder cover. @Red97 supplied the deflector and then some, seriously a great guy to do business with. 20221230_161157.jpg

Honestly I think it could use a timing advance .
All I could find was a 3005 stihl mount bar in .325 ,which seems to work pretty good.
I got a roll of the chain from @Duke Thieroff .
I don't know if I told you but I took .040 off the keys in my builds.
