So here is my STIHLCO 7985 all finished, not a show piece but saw has a function, equipped with its max flow, 20" lightweight tsumura stihl bar, of coarse a ms 460 cylinder, and dual port echo muffler. So far 2 tanks of fuel through it and couldn't be happier with it.

Quick and healthy muffler mod, one of my large deflectors. Will cap the factory top deflector, as it is touching the top cover.

Squish cut, not bad for a wild guess on how much it was hitting at first.


Depending on where the compression comes in I may try a 064 piston...

Because it is not even close to the cfm flow of the maxflo setup.

Add 20cc it really becomes the bottle neck.

Any idea on a weight as it sets?

I dont think I added to much weight to the saw, really only weight is the aluminum work for the filter system, which the stock air filter set up wasn't very good. But now at 80cc I think a couple ounces really wont matter to me, don't feel any heavier than my 046.
