I can say I did it and it did run. Although the 60cc version would prolly take the 92's lunch money.

So far every bore increase has netted a stronger saw on this chassis. Was really excited to try the 56mm version. Guess I'm going to have to acquire another jug and send it out.

If anyone has a big bore 54mm they don't care for let me know. The big bore casting has more material, I want to keep as much wall thickness as I can.

Gathering momentum.
Cut the base off a junk 590 cylinder.(used the 4" grinder previously mentioned) to use as a template for current lowers, and future bolt patterns.

Funny the width of the lowers is about the same as the stihl tunnel. Plan on keeping about the same angle as the factory echo divider.

May even try and get some weld in the roof of the intake. Not sure how well jb weld will support the sleeve in that area...

Wowzer... this thing has some meat on its bones. Transfers are way thicker than i had thought.
