OK guys you can be honest, does this sprocket make my bar look fat?

Just some garbage input here. A good way to really tell what's going on as far as entry of chain into bar is to do this. Set B/C up on intended saw without clutch cover using washers & bar nuts. Piz-rev saw to WOT & take a pic while at WOT. The chain will be a blurr in photo but it will clearly show exactly how the chain is entering/exiting the bar & sprocket. At the high speeds those sprockets make, you will be surprised at the result. Dangerous, I realise but take safety precautions prior to doing it.

Didn't he just do that a few weeks ago?

It would never work. The camera would keep closing its eyes.
