Rained early with snow flakes mixed in. Nice looking yellow Mustang convertible brakes in a turn, swapped ends to park backwards in the muddy gutter.
They say 37° dropping to 36° @ 3 am rising to 50° before noon with sun. Sounds good, but I trust em.

Bout 33° and blowin a fuggin gale.

Gotta love it when you're serenaded by the sound of roof shingles being stripped off and smacked against the winders all night.

Guessers are interesting this time. It's 37° , in 24 hours they say 5-8" of snow will be falling while the cold will be ¿ 30°? Okay maybe but 37 hours out they call for 36°. There may be an offroad parking contest anyway.

So.... changed to 4" prediction around/after noon. 8:30 a.m. snow fell looked good for a short time. 1 mm accumulated on car roof.

getting a good cold snap here now. First one in a while

So an hour ago the creative parking contest began. Late model convertible yellow mustang is in the lead after wiggling uphill in the wrong lane for a couple football field distance before excessive brake which spun it 180° into the ditch.
Following in points is a. SUV (range rover?) straight into the ditch onto passenger side and enough room for another vehicle to slide over the driver's side onto the far side.
Out front a few minutes ago.
If it comes (36° midnight) prolly refreeze by daylight. The real competition may really begin then. Too many have trouble on Ozark rolly coaster roads dry

Still cold as balls here in upstate Ny. Threw a lot of sticks on the wood stove last night and will for the next couple days it looks like.
