On my way to work, I pass a by a pond created by a dam in a small river. There was a guy about 100 yards off shore ice fishing this morning.
First guy I have seen out on the ice so far.

Last Sunday when it was 4 degrees and I spent the morning waiting for a deer, you knew it was cold because your eyelashes would freeze together when you would blink.
My wife hates in when I come in the house with icicles hanging off my face.

The roads that have not been plowed are better as you can get grip. The plowed roads are pretty much ice here.
