new oregon EXL chain....anyone have a roll they can check for me?

trying to gather parts for @jmester to build a loop of full house 73EXL for @Wilhelm and ran into a snag....figured the cheapest and easiest way to do it was to order 2 loops of chain and a couple bags of presets to join it all back together.....thats not gonna happen, repair parts for the EXL chain are not available at this time and they arent sure when or if they will be available.

so will the LGX tie straps and presets work on the EXL chain?

O and to top it off, the part numbers listed in the catalog are essentially just "place holders" for when they decide to make the parts available with correct part numbers to match

but EXL looks cooler and since this is just a play chain it might as well look cool

just need to find out if rivet diameter and such is the same....i dont have anything in EXL but loops and I dont wanna break one to find out

They do with 100' rolls. All the part numbers are not into the distribution system yet.

They do with 100' rolls. All the part numbers are not into the distribution system yet.

the numbers in the 2018 oregon catalog are just place holders....they dont even have official part numbers yet based on what oregon sent to PD when I inquired about ordering pieces parts.
