Yup , YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook influencers are the go to experts now,We are living in interesting times. Specialists, and experts are derided, and fools are followed.
Dealers are often completely clueless and it's getting worse it seems.I don’t quite get why this guy has so much miss information being he was supposed to be a dealership, guess that just shows the quality of some of them now.
Found idiocracy and started to watch it with my boys, funny and scary how a comedy almost is telling the future
Fools are followed by fools. I don’t particularly care to work for them anyway. We’ll be alrightWe are living in interesting times. Specialists, and experts are derided, and fools are followed.
Look at the sh!t the Tin Pony taught for years. And those who still send stuff to him.I get that it’s hard to stay up to date on every new piece of ope out there but if you’re gonna do a video showcasing a new product compared to an older then you should at least educate yourself on both models prior.
There’s no excuse for this level of misinformation especially from a “dealer”.
You just wait and see he’s going to put a yz 80 air cooled cylinder on a 372 husky and make a mean saw fed with 2 carbs and a custom intake block . I check in to read the comments once and awhile, in fact a bunch of his followers said if you need to have two carbs to feed that’s all you need to do is bolt the two front to back and make a linkage it easyLook at the sh!t the Tin Pony taught for years. He’s also making castings for a two cylinder chainsaw of his own designYou just wait and see he’s going to put a yz 80 air cooled cylinder on a 372 husky and make a mean saw fed with 2 carbs and a custom intake block . Yep I heard. I was asked to put a jet in a 3120 carburetor for him for that job.You just wait and see he’s going to put a yz 80 air cooled cylinder on a 372 husky and make a mean saw fed with 2 carbs and a custom intake block . Not quite sure why anyone would ask you to help Tin pony out even after all the crap he’s put out. Also no idea why you’d follow him and believe all the backwards crap that he talks.Yep I heard. I was asked to put a jet in a 3120 carburetor for him for that job.
Nah. No thanks

Pointing to the cylinder fins and and saying one is aluminium the other is magnesium I kind of get if you're clueless. You didn't get anything much from that video that was based in fact.
That should work. Just adding a reinforcement plate should do the trick and not add much weight. Si solder is about all that will work very well, imo.Almost looks like they’re will be a little room to open exahust to match with tube, looks like the flange on exhaust port will cover part of the tube area depending how precise the fit is. Otherwise might be able to make a reinforcement plate to go inside back half or a new tube with flange on it that slides through a bigger hole in back half and gets tack welded or silver soldered to the inside of the back half.
Actual dealers are a dying breed. We have none in the Boise valley.Dealers are often completely clueless and it's getting worse it seems.
The are. Same story with gun shops, hardware stores, auto parts stores, etc.Actual dealers are a dying breed. We have none in the Boise valley.
Im pretty sure the reason for the one piece cover is the air injection set up for spinning the fines out of the air before going to the air filter. The reason the 500 is two pieces is because they didn’t want the air injection system for the intake because the 500 needs all the fans air for cooling.I would have likes to see it's design closer to the 500i , with separate air filter cover and( fuel injection option?). I really hate one piece top cover.
I think the market for series is a better idea , like the 034 or 038 they did. 038 = 3 separate displacement saws in the series with a variation in price ,regular, super, and magnum.
Doesn't cost anything to leave the current model and rename it "Super 400" . Sales would definitely define popularity. Husqvarna kept the 372xp on shelves and let the 572xp fight for sales.
