But the 462 is strato. So they are filling the transfer with fresh air and then exhaust first? Head spinning.



Been pondering the same thing. Is opening Ex side first causing the exhaust to push the charge towards the intake side, let the natural amount of charge that gets sucked/short circuited out the exhaust be exhaust gas and not charge, or just allow the quickest flow there first to aid in direction and prevent short circuiting?

No idea.
Yep that’s pretty much my thought. And then I grind them flat and don’t think about it again:)

Nice work, Randy. I`m looking forward to see how she runs. You know that the saw should be properly recalibrated with the software to get the right tune and performance?

I don't have the ability to do that.

And....that may cause me to avoid this model in the future.

I would assume that it would calibrate itself, even if it takes a little longer would it not?

If not then that would be a massive draw back to the saw, it’s not like we all work in the same temps and elevation everyday or have dealer support readily available.
