620 carbs are fuel happy, they should supply plenty. May even have to swap the nozzle if you can't lean it out enough.
Excellent, thanks!620 carbs are fuel happy, they should supply plenty. May even have to swap the nozzle if you can't lean it out enough.

Any advice for grinding this jug? A quick simple gasket delete and something along the lines of an 80/100/120 port job are my plan, as above all it needs to remain an extremely reliable backup saw on tree jobs.
Great information there, thanks.
Great gains there for sure, and nice clean port work too,
This was what I did to my last 8000/800 build.
Thank you.Great gains there for sure, and nice clean port work too,
very well done.
Any harm in asking how well a CS-620 responds to porting.
They respond a lot better to a machined and ported 52mm cylinder lolThank you.
620 gains decent, but they are pretty stout out of the box
I do have a 620 build on my channel too.
They respond a lot better to a machined and ported 52mm cylinder lol
Cole be on that like a fly on stinkHope to have a 56mm done by your gtg....
What 52mm cylinder fits a 620, and you would need a piston too. They respond a lot better to a machined and ported 52mm cylinder lol
An 046 piston and cylinder after quite a bit of welding and grinding. And a homemade muffler. Makes it 79ccWhat 52mm cylinder fits a 620, and you would need a piston too.
But even without porting 52mm would be a good jump in power.
That sounds easy, so all I need is the aforementioned parts,An 046 piston and cylinder after quite a bit of welding and grinding. And a homemade muffler. Makes it 79cc
No, you just send it to Red and he'll port it after doing all the other stuff for you. That sounds easy, so all I need is the aforementioned parts,
buy me a nice miller tig welder, get me some argon,
some filler rods, a lathe, a milling machine and a welding helmet.
And I can add 22cc 's to a 620, hmm, sounds like a bargin to me.
And then get it ported.
Kinda split the workload, save some money by not doing it myself. No, you just send it to Red and he'll port it after doing all the other stuff for you.
Nah, tooling up is one thing, knowing how to use them is another.
I see the work that goes into the porting on here, skill time
patience and experience involved there, none of which I currently
have.
