The little 240 has a 4bt Cummins, the Franklin has a 6bt.
Ironic you posted this today Heath, have been using it for the past two days. It's a bad little skidder. When we bought it we found out it had upgraded axles to support dual tires for swamping. I like that skidder, strong, well made, good winch too.How do you like that 240?

Anyone have one of these from Country ATV? I like the tire size, but trying to figure out how you would modify it to support a 8 ft log off the ground. It's designed to lift the front of the log and skid the back.
These work pretty slick as it takes most of the weight off the ground. You can skid a big load with an ATV/UTV.I've run my friends a fair amount and it's built like a tank. Works pretty well with just a 4x4 atv.

I also love B series cummins, best engine ever made in my opinion.Which axles?
Do you know the weight of it?
Year model?
Is it stick steer or steering wheel?

It's a 92, it has 380 axles under it (but is a 240 chassis), it's a stick steer, weighs in right around 16k lbs wet.
