The bars permanent 4 rivet tip and the tall rakers are a great hint ............... I'm also guessing that it hasn't been run yet

I have one Stihl chains that’s quick....hard to see the exact tooth form. Like the chassis work.

3 cube is the hardest ones to get good. Mine always ended up better suited for a 4 or 5 cube

Because a smaller saw can’t pull them fast enough
And you cant add metal to the rakers

It’s easier to make a chain for a saw with more power. Trying to make a really fast cutting chain without pulling the rpm down.

I never used much of anything under 70cc for years. I filed for a strong 70cc and bigger as default.

Work in progress. Started out with a 60 DL loop of 72CL. This is what 5 hours of progress with round and flat files looks like. Another 7-8 hours and it should be good enough. Sure hope it doesn’t suck.

I hope so. I want it for 3-4 cube saws but it might end up on a larger saw. The cutters aren’t filed back very much so the kerf width is gonna be a bit wide. We'll just have to test it out and see what happens I guess.
