This site is the cats whiskers every section has its own followers and I enjoy the banter and input from members and everyone is mad on chainsaws
I'm too old too race cars and bikes now so making any saw to go like stink is right up my street
The one thing this site hasn't got is members with BIG EGOS luckily
Many forums are ruined by these people with issues these people gotta be run outa dodge with a big GFY
The staff do a great job in keeping the children entertained
@Mastermind - wannabe male model waist down
@Jon1212 sharp dressed and stink knocker

I think OPE is a good forum but I'll be spending less time here as I am busy with other stuff .

A lot of threads on here involve modding saws beyond what I feel is needed , (maybe) a muffler mod , a sharp chain and a good running saw is all I need when out cutting . I guess I'm more for "leave the damn thing alone if it ain't broke" way of thinking . Porting and pushing the limits of RPM's to me are not needed for a good cutting saw and is likely to end badly as well but that's just me .So having said that a lot of threads here don't interest me and I'm seeing much more of modding then there seemed to be when OPE began , it had more problem solving issues at the beginning which was more helpful for most saw owners .

Don't know what went on with JMS either and don't care .

What'd I miss ???
I'm here several times a day !!

That's my thought. What did I miss? Must've been someplace other than the chainsaw section as I'm on here everyday.

Someone wasn't treating their customers fairly, & after given many opportunities to Right the wrongs, let it be know that the moderators here needed to mind their own business.

The problem is, treating everyone fairly, & keeping business square unfortunately becomes a moderator's business.

In other words, someone decided to let their lack of Morals Ban Hisself from this forum.

It may or may not have been kicked open..

I'm here to find out the bestest oil to use in my poulan wild things... Seems like an oil called red armor is the bestest...

Unfortunately there is no red armor around here, so its non detergent 30w for me. A couple glugs per jug.

If its smoking its lubricated right? Shouldn't be any mosquito's around my place.

Whatever the gas station sells is for loggers. Been lots of mornings my boots wasnt even tied yet and paid for fuel and whatever they had for mix oil.

Im goin to hell i know
why you know the only thing scott aka treemonkey runs in his saw is schaeffers tcw3 oil and recommends it.
i would run it also but lack of availability is what is keeping me from using it.
Schaffer Is Good Stuff: we used it on the farm by the barrel for a long time.

Dad had it shipped in.
