Yea she's a little bit slower compared to the modified ones lolthen lets get startet
in honor to the 79er in the video, it has no full squish work done already, just some slight porting with a lowered base (and Bosch stickers instead of the makita one's )
I hope the video is halway enjoyable. As I said, a better and fairer test with some comparable stock saw's is hopefully coming up this week.
He said modified so I assume that there broken in.Are the Solo and dolmar also new?
Or are they allready broke in?
I think seeing how the ports are designed that the 500i should take very well with port mods the thing that might hold it back is will the injection side of it be able to keep up with the mods let's hope.I really want to get my hands on one and see how much difference some mods make to it. Same with the 572
the injection can push a lot of fuel in to this saw.
There is a option to put a higher pressure on to the pump too.
Yes it is a runner that's for sure although I'm a Stihl man I will always have a little soft spot for the Husqvarna a little.lol. but don't be surprised of the outcome when he starts modding the 500i I think it's going to be Sooper close.Looks like I won the bets! That 390 is just a filthy animal. Lol
No chance as the ECU looks for acceleration/deacceleration of the crank to determine the correct time for the ignition. The flywheel key is only for the first start to start the calibration procedure. So Whats the chance we could advance the timing, by playing the the flywheel
Just thinking ahead..
