Those results don't shock me. The 462 is faster by a sec, but I wonder how much better the fuel econ is on the 500i, and I wonder what would happen as the "blades" get longer.

I don't know the wood, but my stock 7300 w/28"bar/8 pin seems to run better than that 7900. I was pulling for the dolly too, the 462 gets

I was told not to expect much til ten tanks or so. I ran three tanks thru the saw today and it is much better than it was on the first. More responsive, more power.

The 500i is no joke either. Cant wait to see what you can yield from one with porting @StephK87
