I believe Pioneer after the P series they were more of a home owner saw rather than a professional series model like a Husky XP series then like the 460 rancher series, but they are good runners,Anyone know anything about the Pioneer Farm Saw? Might pic this one up today from my neighbor.
Got it, so this is not a “pro” saw.I believe Pioneer after the P series they were more of a home owner saw rather than a professional series model like a Husky XP series then like the 460 rancher series, but they are good runners,
It looks to be in great shape, I am going to check it out today!I worked on a neighbors yellow one with the auto decomp, actually pretty nice running saw and I wouldn’t mind owning it if he ever gets rid of it
They weren’t designed as a pro saw , but they are good saws for sure ,Got it, so this is not a “pro” saw.

You can make one using a piece of wire and then temper it with a torch and bucket of water. Worked for me!Well, it runs! Problem is that little bar that pushes the starter pawl forward broke I think I found one on flea bay…
