I just did one of these not too long ago. Your second picture doesn't work can you post another
Applied the OPE adjustment editor to rotate and it disappeared.

Looks like it is missing 501 41 90-01. Not sure what that little forked pin is for unless it is supposed to be 501 41 90-01, but it looks a bit thin to take on that role, I would expect a thicker pin there.
Yeh, I think that's what it is. I see a fork in the end of the one on the IPL.

Making sense now, thanks. Looks like I'm missing what is probably a bolt and nut (501-43-5501). I cut the numbers off, but it looks like the bolt that goes through the taller spring on the other end of the assembly goes through the flag bracket end also. I seeing that right?

The little fork just keeps the spring aligned.

@Sloughfoot looks like you got it all figured out. On mine I just used an m6 bolt and nut and used a piece of stainless tube as a bushing. I will try to send you pictures tomorrow. As far as the flag could you just weld a piece of tube into it
Haven't welded something this tedious very often, but if I can find the right size tube may give it a shot.

Just weld in a section of 3/8” tube.
Let us know how you bend it. I have one to repair :p
I've got a little bench top bender that I got 4 or 5 years ago and haven't even set up yet. It should make quick work of this. It's the welding part that I've got mixed emotions about.
I'm thinking a matching diameter of solid rod is the way to go. Size it to the i.d. on the one end and insert it 6" or so.
Have @hacskaroly chrome it.

Does a Husqvarna 71K (Demo saw)crank and P/C interchange with Husqvarna 371, ?372? and Jonsered 2171 chainsaws?
Tried a search here and found Nothing. May have worded my query wrong.
