The more hours I put on this 390 the more I like it, such a nice saw to run.
Its like a 372 on steroids.

The cylinder cleaned up nicely, now I need the piston assembly, intake and carburetor gaskets, base gasket, and a muffler gasket (there was one on the saw when I took it apart but nothing shows in the IPL).

Looks like my piston choices are ProLine, LRB, Highway, and Meteor or the Dukes coated piston. I'm inclined to go with the Meteor but I am open to other suggestions as well. I can't find anyone that has all the parts I need in one stop.

Can’t go wrong with Meteor.

I like the dukes pistons. He has the coated ones and aftermarket gaskets not sure if you want OEM gaskets or not
