Austin was clever enough to use the splitters own ram to bend a couple items on the log lift, shear a pin, break a weld.....

Or just get rid of the habitual late calvers (must be the ugly ones if they are always the last ones bred), it’s similar to keeping the ones that want to kill you because “they raise a hell of a calf”, no point in that in my opinion. But its worked for them for 40+ years.

We got a grinder/mixer, but I don’t like the powder it makes..I haven't seen one in years. For some reason hammermills were the type to have around here.
