Diss Stihl all you want. It’s what sells quick in my neighborhood. [emoji108]

Unless I want to spend $150 on a MS391 top end I’ll have to attempt to re seal the transfer port covers. [emoji90]

I’m very suspicious Stihl had to eat some MS311 factory defect leakers.

Only up side is, the 311 piston is interchangeable with the MS362. Save it for later.

I’m betting we break stuff.

No snow here yet, it’s been light rain most of the day since about 7:00 this morning. The are guessing it’s going to start about 10:00 tonight, also guessing between 2”- 4”.

So far I haven't had any major problems with mine. I was thinking of doing an entire switch out to garmin except that the force trolling motor currently doesn't have a long enough shaft. Running a carbon 12 at helm and HDS gen3 7 at bow networked with an Xi5 motor. Garmin has it going on with the wireless networking, but the price for a total upgrade and the short trolling motor shaft length puts them out of the running for a while. I think the next thing I need to get is a drotto.

Is that the tech equipment you use to move along a pre determined course while spoon bill fishing?

I assume it can hold you over a spot also?

Morning midlanders!

Mulling over what to do with the MS311.

Since I can’t find where the air leak is (strongly suspect the glued on transfer covers.) maybe just part it out on Craigslist. [emoji848]
Have you pressure tested it yet Carl?
