Sent my wheels and tires to work with my son to mount, my splitter tires and wheels that is. Got a text from him saying 15 inch rims. 14 inch tires.
Almost had heart failure. I measured those rims before I bought them. I know I did.
He was measuring from lip to lip. Which is incorrect. He text back that they were fine. His mistake.
My chest still hurts.

I can walk almost anywhere on my place, which takes about 40 steps in any direction, and lay my hands on something that came from a friend on this site. Everything I touch has a story behind it and an individual behind that story.

I saw those at the hardware store. They were about 1 1/2 inches total length. Would probably work just fine. I was hoping for longer to get a better bite. Ill go check Lowe's.

Any hardware should have those. Just a 3/4×3/4 barbed steel fitting for underground plastic water line. They're about 5" long, 2.5" for each side. $3 or $4.

Bought a new wood stove for daughter and son in law.
Englander stove with the secondary burn tubes.

Fired it outside to burn the stink off of it and it won't burn.. Not at all..
Upon further investigation, it can't get any combustion air..
Took off all the shrouds and it's just a steel box.

Factory defect?

You can't suck air through a solid steel box..

I got some choice words to share with the folks at the factory. The doghouse box nor the secondary burn tubes have anywhere to get air from.
