morning men. sipping on the cup of black silk this morning.
little update on our little one, he is doing so much better. he is entirely off his o2 as of yesterday and is off his iv as of last night. he has been feeding very well. we are waiting on the results of an eeg to come back so we can maybe get him in our room today and maybe get to go home with him tomorrow at best is current expectation. everything looks good at this point. so continued prayer and thoughts. thanks everyone.

Either:
Javabrothers.com

It’s also carried in 65 different grocery stores.

Not sure if they have it down your way?

We get ours at a local grocery chain called Price Chopper.
Hey OK. We have a Price Chopper and HyVee besides the Walmart.

Browse the coffee aisle, we will. 🤞

Currently drinking this, because it is good; and it is cheap in the Dominican. I bought it when I was there. It is available on Amazon:

The dominion prices were very good 10-12years ago when we were there the first time. IMO, this coffee is indeed very good.
This coffee use to come close to rivaling Blue Mountain and close to some of the better Kona's.

Back in the day, when shopping at the local Dominican stores usually away from the resorts, many of the coffee's could be found for $3 or $4 a /lb. Is it anywhere near those prices again?

Why I ask, is it went up a lot from our initial experiences.
We prefered both the peaberry and medium roast beans.

Very good stuff.

I cannot remember the price. Dominican coffee is very good; even better when they make it.

They are something I have never really cared for.
I kinda agree.
Venison is okay.....if I'm pretty hungry.

I assume it's partly because it doesn't usually get bled out right away like domestic critters do....maybe?...

Plus, eating bucks that are in rut is kinda counter-intuitive, it seems to me.
With hogs, if there is a sow anywhere around it'll make even the cut boars tast like a real boar, so I would assume all the mating hormones during the rut would mess with the flavor of venison.

But, I don't really know nothin....

Good morning folks.
Must have slept hard and deep as it seems like I'm still in zombie mode while waking up. Almost spilled my coffee reaching for my mug.
27f / 60f Keep the sunny side up and safe travels folks.
