@Hedgerow , accept my apologies for being a bit rough on one aspect of you project the other week. I think it really turned out looking awesome.
My give a *s-word memory is so short, I don’t worry about such things.

Fire away... and no apologies needed..

Another fun day of watching the rain go around me. Took lunch in the parking lot of one of the prairie sites close by and had a few drops hit the truck. Stirred up dirt in the lot when I left and didn't go south from the lot 100 ft and puddles in the road. Boats hooked up to the truck and meeting a friend in Greenfield in the dark morning.

Morning everybody.
Finish up the 10x10 dog pen this morning, let the dew dry off and start harvesting the yard.
This will give me the opportunity to figure out what all the levers do on the Bolens tractor.

Good morning guys.

Around a half inch here, that's about what we needed to keep the 3rd cutting of hay happy.

Awful humidity out there.
3rd cut!!!! I don't think I have seen a 2nd cut here, and the fields look bad; no rain in a long time.

They just finished the 2nd cutting, and the grass is still looking pretty happy, I've seen them cut decent looking hay in mid November here, so if the weather cooperates it's a likelihood I think.

We've had a good growing summer.

Did you get any moisture from this batch?
