Got all the white pine stickered today..... it's so soft/ porous it should be dry in about two weeks.....lol

I've never used weights on top of lumber, but I needed something to hold down the metal cover, and I had a pile of block sitting here... so why not.... probably can't hurt.







Still need to put a support under the 12' stuff to keep it from sagging...

Yes it really came in handy. All the brush went into a pile along with one of the 45 foot pines. We will have a bonfire block party later this year. At least 4 of the guys that helped today got a lot of firewood from the "hunking ash"

Got some wood piles split the last couple of days, had to go into my long term (6-15yrs) aged cut and dried oak rounds to get stuffs for this comings seasons burning.

Cobey came down yesterday to pick up a trailer I had down at the Stamp. Got to spend about 6 hours with a good friend on a nice drive. It doesn’t get any better than that.

The kids packaged up a bunch of ground pork for sausage last night...did two 5 gallon buckets of meat this time around.
