Interesting.
I've done three canoes with epoxy, but never tried filling a big space with it.
It does get real hot if you leave it in the mixing bucket for too long.

Took 1.5 gallons and was 4” thick...

I’ll call it a $160 chemistry experiment..

Most of the ones I have used require multiple layers for a project that thick.

I use the stuff from Total Boat only now, it works good for me. YMMV
